The Detachable Container House is a practical and versatile solution measuring 5950×2800(H)×3000mm. Each 20GP container can load 8 units, while a 40HQ container accommodates 18 units, thanks to its flat-pack design that helps reduce shipping costs.

Constructed with a 2.5mm galvanized steel frame and 50mm rock wool sandwich panels (Class A fireproof & waterproof), it ensures a safe and comfortable interior. The floor is made of cement fiberboard (asbestos-free), and the roof features 980-type galvanized color-coated tiles (0.45mm thick) supporting 200kg/m² floor loading. Installation is quick and efficient—one unit can be assembled by bolts in as little as 3 hours.
